I have sent in several letters, I have called Equifax informed them that the inquiry still reports on my credit when it wasn't verified along with the letter stating the inquires has been removed ITEMS XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX copy of letter received from equifax enclosed
