Pentagon Credit Union and or Penfed are continuously sent me written letters and communication, and continuously calls trying to collect a payment for wrong amount and under declared disaster DR4493 Covid19 pandemic and continuously reported to my three credits reports on XXXX XXXX and XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, non payments and charged late fees each month, under CARES acts and BILLs XXXX116HR133SA-RCP-16-68, BILLS-116748ENR, BILLS1165348IS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WRIITEN COMMUNICATIONS, CALLS FOR COLLECTING DEBTS, PAYMENTS AND CHARGE LATE FEES, THEY ALSO ADDING BALANCE TO MY CREDIT CARD WHEN THE LIMIT IS {$5000.00} ON EACH AND BALANCE TO XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX WAS {$5300.00} AND MY XXXX XXXX WAS XXXX. THEY CHARGED THE PAYMENT AND LATE FEES EACH MONTH. AND OBLIGATED ME TO COMPLETED A HARDSHIP APPLICATION ON XX/XX/XXXX AND XX/XX/XXXX. ALSO I HAVE TO PROTECT ESTIMULUS CHECK AMOUNT RECEIVED BECAUSE THEY WANT TO TAKE IT FOR THE PAYMENT UNDER THE TERM COVERED IN THE DR4493 , DR 4473 FOR THE MISSED PAYMENTS AND REPORTED DELINQUENCY WHEN I DID NOT DELINQUENT OR COMMIT ANY CRIME. THE LAST LETTER OF XX/XX/XXXX FOR THE XXXX SAID INCORRECTLY BALANCE OF {$6800.00} AND AMOUNT DELINQUENT {$900.00} AND THEY WRITTEN THREATENED TO SEND THE DEB FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT. ALSO FOR MY XXXX XXXX SAID AN INCORRECT BALANCE OF {$6900.00} AND AMOUNT DELINQUENT OF {$780.00} AND THE SAME WRITTEN THREATENED ME OF SEND MY DEBT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONCERN AND AUTHORIZATION AND UNDER DR4493 AND BIILLS AND CARES ACT WHERE COLLECTION OF DEBTS, LATE FEES CHARGES ARE PROHIBITED. ALSO THEY CLOSED MY XXXX XXXX WITHOUT MY CONCERN AND AUTHORIZATION AND CHANGED THE ACCOUNT TO A XXXX XXXX AND TRANSFERED THE DEBT TO XXXX XXXX LAST XX/XX/XXXX, BECUASE I WAS USING THE XXXX XXXX CARD AND MY TRANSACTIONS WERE ACCEPTED, ALL THAT WITHOUT MY CONCERN, AUTHORIZATION AND PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE CHANGES. i WAS A SURVIVOR OF DECLARED DISASTER DR 4336 HURRICANE IRMA, DR4339 HURRICANE MARIA, IWAS SEVERELY ECONOMICALLY INJURED AND RECIVE NO AIDS TO RECOVERING I LOST MY ESSENTIAL PRODUCT MY CAR TRANSPORTATION IN ACCIDENT IN XXXX XXXXAND WAS A RESULT OF THE DR4339 HURRICANE MARIA DISASTER 'S DISRUPTION WHEN I HAVE TO RELOCATE MORE THAN 80MILES WHERE I LIVED FOR MORE THA 5 YEARS AND RECIEVED NO MORATORIUM AND NO REPAYMENT REAGREEMENTS AND LOST MY BELONGINGS IN PREDATORY ACTS FROM XXXX XXXX OF XXXX XXXX, LANDLORD XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXX, RELIABLE, AND PENFED DENIED ME THE OPTION TO A REPLACEMENT TRANSPORTATION CAR LOAN.
