Hello. Back on XX/XX/XXXX, I had two XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts ( XXXX XXXX Visa ending on XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXX ending on XXXX ). During the same month I had some fraudulent charges on my XXXX account ending on XXXX. I reported it to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They closed the account and issued a new card ( ending on XXXX ). I moved to a new address and that card never made it to me. Again, they canceled that card and re-issued a third card ( ending on XXXX ). Thats the one I currently have. Equifax has had INNACURATE information on my file since XX/XX/XXXX. According to Equifax, I have only one XXXX XXXX XXXX Account ( Visa ) ending on XXXX. I called them to tell them XXXX XXXX XXXX closed my XXXX account ( because of fraudulent charges ). But they re-issued a new card ( now ending on XXXX ). They said they have never received this new information. When I called XXXX XXXX XXXX about it, they ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) said they have been reporting every month since then. I believe them because XXXX and XXXX do have the information right. Equifax is the only agency thats missing my new XXXX account. They are conveniently omitting this information from my credit file. This happens to be my credit card with the highest available credit ( currently at {$1600.00} ) and with a credit utilization well below 30 % ( now at {$420.00} ). This is my fourth complaint about Equifax in the last six months. Thanks for your help CFPB.
