In the last 90 days, Ive file 3 complaints against NCA. Each time theyve responded saying they would take specific actions to correct their mistakes but never did. An account ( XXXX ), which per MCAs admission, that has been paid in full since XX/XX/XXXX has repeatedly submitted to credit reporting agencies as being severely past due. Another account ( XXXX ), which per NCAa letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, should have been placed in a fraudulent status, never was. Both accounts ( XXXX and XXXX ), per NCAs letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, were to be placed in a cease and desist status never were and have repeatedly been reported to the credit bureaus. I checked my credit on XX/XX/XXXX and both accounts are still being reported to the bureaus. Ive contacted an attorney and, before taking legal action, wanted to reach out to NCA, one last time, to get this fixed.
