I have all three credit bureaus reporting judgements, tax lien from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX on my credit report, they are reporting time barred debt on my credit debt that does not belong to me, tax lien in the amount of {$17000.00} Theses items were removed before through a prior complaint in XXXX, since then they re-inserted the debt which is a violation of the FCRA, they are not supposed to re insert debt. they have told me over recorded conversation that they have once again processed the removal of the tax lien for XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX 2 accounts, they informed me they were going to correct my credit card information removing the 6 months late payments, they also told me they are not reporting the tax liens, the eviction which is deemed public records, they informed me they do not report judgements, tax liens, and public records, when I pulled my report, Tomy surprise they are still there, the credit bureaus have not done one thing to correct it, the they say they need verification of identity,. After I submitted nothing has been done to remedy my complaint, XXXX continues to report old time barred debt, and old collection accounts that are past 8 to 13 yrs past credit reporting statute of limitations past 10 yrs, I have now hired a Consumer Protection Attorney to remedy the situation, if they do their jobs and fix the errors on my report, a remove the judgments, tax lien, and public records, then I will not have to push forward in a lawsuit. The CFPB needs to monitor these bureaus, and collect data from other consumers to file another class action lawsuit. XXXX, transunion, and XXXX needs to remove these items my scores are supposed to w in the XXXX.
