Greetings, I would like to fill a complete with the CFPB against XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion for misleading information on my credit report about a Bankruptcy case. I sent written notification to the court asking how XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion verify bankruptcy by the court. In response, in response on XX/XX/2021, the court stated it does not verify information to collection agencies. As a result, I sent letters to all 3-credit agency asking to verify and how the Bankruptcy is verified on my account. This is the response that was sent to all 3 companies I have previously disputed this item with you US Bankruptcy Court- XXXX XXXX Case Number XXXX and in response you verified the item as accurate, stating that you have verified the information with the court. I have contacted the court and their response is enclosed. It is clear they do not report to you or to any credit bureau for that matter ; therefore, your original response verifying the time with the course was either error or lie. Either way, the reporting requires to not comply with FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681I ) and the information must be deleted immediately. XXXX XXXX In response, each credit agency stated that the information is verified as accurate. Attached are letters and documentation that was sent to all 3 agencies.
