XXXX Credit Bureau has allowed a collection agency to report erroneous negative information on my personal credit reports. XXXX lists a collection in the amount of {$100.00} from CCS Collections from XX/XX/2021 I was NEVER contacted by this collection agency to be given an opportunity to validate this and it has simply appeared on my reports. How does XXXX allow this to happen?? I demand to know. Again, I have NEVER received ANYTHING from CCS COLLECTIONS or XXXX in regards to this matter. No verification or validation has been done by either of them. This is in direct violation of the FCRA and this collection MUST be removed immediately. Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( including but not limited to Section 623-b ) Defamation Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud P.S. Please be aware that dependent upon your response, I may be detailing any potential issues with your company via an online public press release, including documentation of any potential small claims action.
