Consumer Narrative

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ATTN : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Washington, DC This letter/request is for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, CFPB, to try and help me with a problem. I have two XXXX XXXX personal loan accounts reported on my Equifax Credit Report. The two accounts are XXXX and XXXX. Both accounts are identical in that they are with the same financial institution, same date opened on XX/XX/XXXX, same original amount of {$2600.00}, and the same terms of 48 months. The second duplicate XXXX account, XXXX, was somehow made in error or fraudulently. I have communicated that this second account was an error or as a result of misinformation to both XXXX and XXXX XXXX, but have not yet received an outcome. Therefore, I decided to ask XXXX for proof that I opened this second account, XXXX. I hope they would have some documentation of this second duplicate XXXX personal loan. I made the first XXXX loan, XXXX, in person and signed documents in person at the XXXX branch location in XXXX, Texas. Since I had signed in person for the first XXXX loan, I thought the second duplicate loan and allegedly on the same day would also have a second signed set of signed documents ( if it existed ). I have called, and I have sent letters for the proof of the second duplicate XXXX loan, account XXXX. Then after numerous phone conversations with XXXX and numerous letters to XXXX, I finally received a XXXX response letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ( please see attached ) that my correspondence does not provide sufficient information to investigate your dispute. After numerous letters that have included many attached copies of my two credit-reported XXXX Accounts, this response of XXXX not having sufficient information is quite hard to believe. That there wasnt enough information to investigate is even harder to believe. Anyway, I ask that someone from CFPB to look at my attached documents and note that on my Equifax Credit Report the two XXXX XXXX loan accounts have the identical dates opened on XX/XX/XXXX, identical original loan amounts of {$2600.00}, and identical 48-month terms. What else can I do in an effort to receive proof of this erroneous second duplicate XXXX loan account? Please point me int the right direction. Thank you and appreciated. XXXX XXXX XXXX SS XXXX
