On XX/XX/2021 I received a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX said owe for pay loan that I did not apply for and I and the Supervisor with XXXX XXXX XXXX call my bank to verify the account that use to receive the cash for {$800.00} was confirm that account was not in my name and that alert me to check my credit report and found there is another loan with Spot Loan that someone applied for XX/XX/2021 and cash was funded on XX/XX/2021 for {$800.00}, the same date this person applied for a with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am filing fraud against Spot Loan and I never sign a contract with Spot Loan that day and they sent me a letter indicating the information on file matches my information. I have disputed with XXXX XXXX with an alias name I found listed on the credit report. O also was advise by Spot Loan to file fraud with FTC. I am in the process of filing another against Spot Loan and phone number that is indicated XXXX.
