In XX/XX/XXXX I was contacts by Santander Bank to renew my HELOC which I have had for past 9 1/2 years. I have never been delinquent the entire time and have a XXXX out of XXXXcredit score. The home is unencumbered and was appraised at $ XXXX. The Bank Rep. initially discussed increasing my $ XXXX LOC because of my exemplary record. After substantiating all of my assets and income that far exceeded my loan request they counter offered @ $ XXXX. When I asked theyre on reconsider they sent me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX that could not consider my application for many bogus, and non existing issues.
