Valor Intelligent Processing LLC has been performing abusive debt collection practices they contacted me by phone, and mail several times regarding a debt that I do not owe and used abusive profane language by phone and by mail. Valor Intelligent Processing LLC violated my consumer rights they violated 12+ laws under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and is harming my reputation by claiming that I owe a debt that I do not owe. Attached below will be the Affidavit of Truth sent to them and the invoice sent to them as-well as the letter that they sent me. I am demanding that they compensate me for their abusive practices and violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
