in XXXX to XXXX i was in bankruptcy in XXXX i was suppose to pay my second mortgage payment at that time XXXX did not resume billing. after calling XXXX they said loan was sold to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX is my first mortgage and said they did not have it. after exhausting all my resources my lawyer said it will show up on my credit report and never did. in XXXX i started my search again with no luck. no company could find this loan. in XX/XX/XXXX Planet home lending started to send statements at first i thought it was junk mail. there was no notice that this was sold acquired by planet home lending. so i reached out to the phone number to try to figure out if this is the loan or fraud with no results, there phone system can only help with payment hard to talk to someone about my situation. I have sent 8 letters trying to resolve this. its been 7 years since this loan could be found. and they are accelerating loan and i can pay the amount owed at the time i was out of bankruptcy i can not pay the amount owed now. its 3 times the amount. and says last payment due XX/XX/XXXX. this loan was paid XX/XX/XXXX by trustee. Holding the loan for 7 years and not being able to find loan nothing on my credit report is very deceptive if not fraud. planet home lending not talking to me is very unprofessional business practice there statement is not accurate fees exceed what is allowed. this would have been taken care of in XX/XX/XXXX if it could be found XXXX dollars not XXXX and i am still willing to pay XXXX that i owed. if forced back to bankruptcy this will not happen. that's where its going with planet home lending poor business practices.
