In XX/XX/2021 I spoke with numerous representatives w/ Navy Federal Credit Union in regards to a credit account. I was seeking the debt validation letter from the company. They told me they did not have that, i proceeded to ask for the original instrument of indebtedness and the young lady expressed to me that they didn't have it because the alleged " contract '' was done electronically. I since have not spoken to them but they have continued to harass and use abusive practices against me through interstate commerce in regards to a debt that has not been validated. I have attached documents to show evidence of these claims, i also enclosed in those documents a debt validation letter to assure the company gets it.
