Ally Financial illegally repossessed my vehicle through a third party debt collection service on XX/XX/2021. They violated my privacy by coming onto my property and stealing my car and selling it w/o my consent. The company continued to call and harass me illegally through XXXX XXXX after the matter. I have compiled exhibits to show evidence of the matter at hand. Also when purchasing the vehicle the bank coerced me into payments on the vehicle when pursuant to 15 USC 1605 ( a ) the " finance charge '' is defined as the sum of all charges. I also paid {$2000.00} cash down during a consumer credit transaction.
