In XX/XX/2020 I made an application for a motor vehicle lease through XXXX XXXX XXXX. The entity servicing the lease is Toyota Motor Credit. I authorized only ONE credit report to be pulled in connection with that application, nevertheless both XXXX XXXX XXXX and Toyota Motor Credit each pulled separate reports, resulting in two hard reports on my credit profile, which significantly lowered by credit score. I never entered into any financial arrangement nor made any application to XXXX XXXX XXXX for credit or a lease. The transaction was with Toyota Motor Credit. Since discovering the two hard credit pulls on my credit report I have been attempting since early this year to remove on of them. The credit agencies involved ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) refuse to even acknowledge my complaints, and XXXX XXXX XXXX and Toyota refuse to withdraw one of the reports. It is improper to pull two hard credit inquiries for the same transaction.
