I filed a dispute with my credit card company in the amount of XXXX from XXXX XXXX because XXXX XXXX sent me and incorrect order I had ordered two sleep shirts a XXXX XXXX and a XXXX sleep shirt how ever I only received a XXXX sleep shirt and the other item I received was incorrect and was a sweater not a sleep shirt so I returned the incorrect item back to XXXX XXXX they were supposed to refund me the money for the XXXX XXXX sleep shirt I never received and also give me and additional XXXX for the return shipping label since they said they were sorry for sending me the incorrect item so on XX/XX/XXXX capital one sent me a temporary credit and as of XX/XX/XXXX capital one rebilled me the XXXX which is wrong because I sent the item back to the merchant and also the merchant never refunded me back for the returned incorrect item the merchant even sent me a letter via mail saying I owe them the XXXX that I disputed with my credit card company so the merchant in reality got there merchandise back plus got to keep the XXXX since the credit card company rebilled me and I got nothing out of it I have a tracking number to prove that the item was sent back to them I've attached a letter from the merchant aswell as a tracking number
