Hello this is XXXX XXXX contacting about a fraud claim that the bank of Wells Fargo has taken no corrective action on or the necessary steps to investigate and remove the debt from my account. I gave them all the information for their investigation and also was the first to notify them about the fraudulent activity. They would have never known to freeze the account if not for me and it was clearly not authorized as the only checks I deposit are my business direct deposits. It has been an ongoing battle with them and I heard the consumer gov finance organization is who I should go to trust when banks arent addressing this stuff properly Ive been very stressed about this whole odreal.
