Good Afternoon, my name is XXXX XXXX. My wife and i purchased a time share from XXXX XXXX, when covid 19 hit our state of florida we suffered immensely i am a small business owner. my company was impacted directly and my wife was effected the same. we both was without employment so called XXXX and i was offered a XXXX XXXX in this program i was told to get 5 witnesses notarize the form and send it back to XXXX XXXX they received it and said they will not accept it. i sent a 2nd XXXX XXXX and they acknowledged they have it and put a late payment which is complete lie i was told to pay them XXXX $ to receive the XXXX XXXX i owed XXXX to XXXX XXXX at the moment, from what i see it took them months to accept my lou dod and now they are trying to charge a late fee that is FRAUDULANT. you cant offer a client to charge them to take the property back, receive the payment FRAUDULANTLY PUT A LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. then they told my wife there is a number they give to take off the wrongful report she calls and they took it off hers but not mine? very confusing and disheartening to see a multi million dollar company take advantage of families this way.
