XXXX XXXX XXXX I, XXXX is a collection Agency, THEY send to my a Letter trying to collect a Debt to me. I Dispute this debt with them within 30 as the Laws requires. The information they provide to me is not Accurate even My name, they request some documents to me and i send it to them as Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Driver License, Bill, once i send all the information, they said that's no enough and under FCRA laws, if the information wasn't accurate, have to be removed from my credit report also FDCA laws, said the same and they are violation my consumer right all the time, I'm disputing this with them for more than a Year, Actually the sold this collection to another Collectors as XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I request Debt validation, and only send a few Statements, not all of them as I request to them, even in those report is a Different name like mine and legally they have to remove that collection from my credit report, and that is a violation of my consumers right because the information is innacurate and they know it and still threaten me when they are selling this collection to another collections Agencies and keeping this collection on my credit report.
