TD closed my account in XX/XX/2021. In XXXX I called in to have me remove from any for of electronic payments, bill pay and XXXX. It is normally common sense to conduct since you are no longer a customer. As, XX/XX/XXXX the bank refused to honor my results and been collecting funds on behalf of a closed account. I attempted to resolve this issue. The bank workers claimed the matter would be resolved in 2 bussiness however it isnt true. My friend sent me emergency funds and TD refused to release the funds sent to me, back to the recipient.
