XXXX and Transunion states that XXXX XXXX has provided them a copy of my credit file that states that I have a chapter XXXX bankruptcy that was discharged with the reference # XXXX. I spoke with a representative at XXXX XXXX who stated that this information was not sent to XXXX or transunion and that this record is not on my XXXX XXXX file. Someone is furnishing incorrect information that belongs to my father XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been trying to get the situation cleared up with XXXX and Transunion for 2 years and they have failed to investigate this issue and remove the record even with proof from the bankruptcy court in question and a copy of my XXXX XXXX report from 2019. This is my second or third complaint filed on these companies and each time they close the complaint with promises of investigating it then closed the dispute out without fixing anything. In fact they rotate between saying that the court verified this information then XXXX XXXX verified it. I've contacted the court and they continue to say that they do not report records so that's a lie.. I've also contacted XXXX XXXX who say that they do not report this information.. which is another lie.. Stop ruining people lives and understand that it is you'll civil duty to remove this record because it does not meet the FCRA guidelines.. Warning false and misleading reporting is a violation that I can seek compensation for!
