I originally opened a complaint an td bank answered me for overdraft fees for the month of XXXX stating I was charged overdraft fees because insufficient funds, that was not my complaint, my complaint is at the time of the coronia virus epidemic, td bank was sent a letter from state stating at this time of crisis you should not charge overdraft fees, they ignored the letter an continued to charge over draft fees an not returning them, Im talking going back from XX/XX/XXXX to present, they responded only for overdraft fees I received in month of XX/XX/XXXX, Im talking about the letter that specifically was sent to Td bank along with with other banks that was sent out on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX : XXXX
