On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email notification from Experian to check my account. I have online accounts with Experian, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX since I was identified as one of the victims of the XXXX data breach at XXXX and I monitor diligently my credit and all my accounts. When I checked my account it showed I has no credit account with XXXX XXXX and has NO FICO SCORE to show. Indeed, I have a very active line of credit with XXXX XXXX in extremely good standing since XXXX. I was shocked and very upset to see this and to see when I logged into my accounts with the other credit agencies that my FICO score of over XXXX dropped overnight to about XXXX. I protect my excellent credit with my life. I know that this is one of the major indications of identity theft. I spent hours that night and hours each day for the next several days trying to figure out what could have happened, ordering and scouring my credit reports from all agencies and contacting them. When I called my credit card issuer, XXXX XXXX, they escalated my case to XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX Retail Support group. It was then discovered that XXXX never reported my credit activity for this month ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and all my credit reports and FICO scores with all four agencies reflected this and suffered an enormous drop. After countless calls and emails XXXX did finally supply my data to Experian which the following day, XX/XX/XXXX, reflected the correct FICO score of over XXXX. I then had to open a dispute with each individual agency asking them to re-run my XX/XX/XXXX reports with the correct reporting now supplied by XXXX XXXX, This was a tragic situation for me. I almost went to the police because I was sure fraud was committed against me, only to find out my own bank did not report my credit to the agencies. Now I have an indelible black-mark on my credit history with all agencies showing at 150 point DROP in my hard-earned credit for the month of XXXX that will always be there. XXXX XXXX made a huge mistake and I'm probably not the only one. This egregious failing on the part of XXXX needs to be investigated. I need ALL my reports with all credit reporting agencies fixed immediately to show that I did not cause this tremendous drop in my credit for the month of XXXX and eradicated if possible. Thank you!
