Consumer Narrative
I asked Pennymac for a loan modification. They denied me and then sent me a letter stating that i needed to pay and additional XXXX dollars on top of the XXXX i already pay. They said if i dont agree, they will start the foreclosure process. I only take home XXXX a month. I have no idea where this is coming from. I sent them 2 pay stubs and 1 one them had a large commission amount on it, which i used to pay off all of my CCrds. I was in forbearance last year due to covid. They must think that the commission i received was part of my normal salary. i need help. I dont know what to do.
