Recently my identity was stolen and I reported a fraudulent account under the name XXXX XXXXXXXX who are the collection agents for XXXX XXXX who claim I do not have a loan with them on my credit report with XXXX XXXX. Police report is XXXX. It has been over 30 days and I still have not received a response. Every time I call for for years my account is always held with the fraud team so I can not get access to my report and I am put on hold for 2-3 hours every time. This includes when I call in because their system can never keep my login credentials correct and I am forced to reset every time I log in. Now I am being forced to pay for services I have been receiving for free for decades. I am sick of it.
