BSI has continued to hold on to my money and not allocate the money to my mortgage account in the amount of {$1200.00}. They charge me late fees repeatedly even with my paying more than is due. I have attached a copy of a screen shot of XXXX and paid more the required amount. I want my mortgage payment allocated and late fees reversed based on the attached screen shot of my mortgage account as well as the unallocated mortgage payment. BSI continues to charge late charges on a payment that was made to them and they refuse to allocate the money. I want a RESEARCH analysis done and the XXXX payment applied.
