I had a 1st mortgage and equity line of credit thru FifthThird Bank. I paid these loans off via a wire on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2021. After numerous calls, emails, etc. to date I still have not received my escrow account refund of over {$3000.00} and an overpayment on the payoff of {$350.00}.
