Hi, I am filing a complaint against TD Bank. XX/XX/2021 my husband purchased running shoes from XXXX XXXX. The phone number is XXXX. I highlighted the charge on the attached XX/XX/2021 statement. The amount is {$140.00}. My husband never received an order confirmation from XXXX XXXX XXXX the shipping information. Therefore, he filed a dispute with TD bank. We received a letter from TD bank stating that fraud did not occur. While waiting to resolve the dispute, the sneakers arrived. My husband returned the sneakers to XXXX XXXX, asking for a refund. XXXX XXXX returned money to a closed TD bank but TD bank refuses to refund us the money. TD bank can not locate the money. We worked with the local TD branch in XXXX XXXX, Florida to find the money. The money is not found after a month. Can someone help us locate the money and reimburse us? Thanks. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
