Greetings Im a previous account holder at Chime. I had a checking account with about {$40.00} & a savings account with about {$2300.00} that was closed once I tried receiving government issued funds. Intitally when the accounts closed on XX/XX/2021 I was told that I would be receiving a check for the remaining amount of money in the next 90 days but never received it. However on XX/XX/2021 I received an email saying if theres any balance due a check will be mailed to the address on file. As I waited to receive the missing funds on XX/XX/2021 I received another email saying Upon carefully checking your account, I can see the check has still not been sent out. I wanted to let you know that I've escalated this issue and our team is making progress on your request, and we just need a bit more time.
