I, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Entered into a consumer credit transaction with Westlake Financial on XX/XX/2020 using my credit card as defined under 15 USC 1602. A consumer credit transaction in which a finance charge was involved. 15 USC 1605. ( a ) defines a finance charge as the sum of all charges in a consumer credit transaction. The finance charge does not include cash in which Westlake Financial in fact took cash in this consumer credit transaction. The finance charge is suppose to include Insurance. Westlake Financial did not include insurance and failed to clearly and conspicuously disclose to consumer of the right to have insurance provided in connection with this consumer credit transaction. Westlake Financial made me purchase insurance separately. Westlake Financial include fees imposed by third parties which is a violation of 15 USC 1605. ( a ). Westlake Financial did not disclose or provide appropriate forms for the consumer to exercise his right to rescind this transaction. Westlake Financial in fact willfully and knowingly withheld information required to be disclosed under the provisions of said subchapter which makes Westlake Financial criminally and civilly liable.
