Received Deferment repayment Agreement from my mortgage servicer, My mortgage servicer .They refuse to provide mortgage assistance to me. Our interest rate is still 13 percent, I elderly and in my seventies ' I have filed bankruptcy several times to keep my home out of foreclosure. My servicer has been unwilling to assist me and I'm now on a fixed income. I have been sent this agreement that is not affordable and I feel that I have not been offered the mortgage assistance that is available though the current mortgage mortgage assistance programs that have been set up for individuals that have been affected by covid-19 and other financial hardships
