My vehicle was repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX in the morning. I had a schedule payment of {$990.00} that was returned on Monday by my bank. I made a {$250.00} payment via XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and call to reschedule the {$990.00} for Friday XX/XX/XXXX but was locked out of my online account. I never received the certified notification required by the state of Maryland. Ally Financial keeps directing me to call the repossession department. When calling the repossession department I get disconnected when I enter my account number or social security number. The customer service department can give me no information about why it was repossessed and has not sent any notification of repossession. Ally also doesnt not accept certain credit card transactions with no explanation. They take days to process scheduled payments also.
