I noticed on my consumer report that Jefferson Capital was reporting on my account. I have never consented to contract with them, so they have breached my privacy by obtaining my private information. I sent a letter to Jefferson Capital on XX/XX/2021 asking them to produce a valid contract that I have with them. I also sent along a document for them so fill out and sign back under the penalty of perjury, which they completely ignored. They have since sent me a letter on XX/XX/2021 with none of the information I requested. In their correspondence, they violated several of my Federally protected consumer rights pursuant to 15 USC. This is causing me great stress and harm and also a breach of my privacy as I never consented to contract with Jefferson Capital, or any third party debt collector.
