I requested Proof of Claim on the alleged debt by signed Affidavit. I requested Proof of Claim that I had a contract with either them or XXXX by signed Affidavit. I requested Proof of Claim that XXXX wasn't already paid for the alleged debt by signed Affidavit. I sent first letter of Notice of Conditional Acceptance on XX/XX/21. Second notice of Opportunity to Cure XX/XX/21. Third Notice of Default along with invoice for damages of violations according to FDCPA. I have not received any of the above requests.
