I was guaranteed a loan at a fixed interest rate that if I paid it off in 1 year, then I would be refunded the interest paid on the loan. The loan was taken out on XXXX of XXXX. I made payment until XX/XX/XXXX. I called the company and ask they take I pay in full the remaining amount. Which was less than {$800.00}. I wanted to pay in full because 1. I wanted to refund the interest. 2. I am on XXXX in XXXX. I was unaware that they stopped payments AND started sending late notices. They can only be contacted via phone and have not been responding to my voicemails. Every time I call, it's always busy. I am worried that not only did I try to pay off my loan, that they are malicious saying that I stopped paying, which would affect my credit and let them not be able to pay me back the interest that I am owed.
