I sent in my police report and my FTC affidavit to the three credit bureaus I called last month and talked to XXXX and Trans Union Fraud department who asked me to send in my fraud package. After sending to them they did not comply with anything and said they dont have to block the fraudulent account even after i sent in my police report and filing a police report. They sent me some generated latter saying if i want to block the fraudulent account to send in my Police report affidavit that i have already provided them I spoke to XXXX who said he was from the fraud department integrity team and stated that and she didnt have to follow the FCRA rules and regulations. I explained that i received a letter saying if i wanted to Block the fraudulent information Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B to keep sending in my police report. and then hung up on me. I have done everything in my power to fix this fraudulent information that has caused me great damage and embarrassment also with emotional distress, Deformation of character buy accusing me in the generated letter stating that my police report was not filed when it fact it is file with the police department they keep reporting a fraudulent account from XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX this is completely fraudulent and they are knowing and willing causing me damages, embarrassment and emotional distress
