XX/XX/2021 refinanced mortgage and LoanCare/Service Link was paid off. I and new mortgage company have tried to get them to release the mortgage, but to no avail. They do not respond. Its been 6 months which is clearly a violation of the fact act. We are getting fed up with non action to take care of this. Hope you can help.
