Dispute Amount : {$120.00} Service Provider : XXXX XXXX XXXX This is a follow up to an earlier complaint # XXXX filed against XXXX XXXX XXXX. That complaint was resolved when the company agreed to remove my name from their contact list and that they would contact the relevant credit reporting agencies to remove negative information placed by them. As I have reported previously, I have not had any business relationship with XXXX XXXX XXXX for years and they have not contacted me regarding this matter. As a matter of fact I have sent a letter to the CEO regarding this matter. It was my understanding that after I reported the issue that it would be the end of this matter. But that was not to be as I was informed by my credit monitoring agency today that a negative item was placed by a company I have never heard of on my credit report. My investigation of this matter indicates that this is the same item just another corrupt collection agency. This agency is Franklin Collection Service in XXXX, MS . I have never been contacted by this company and I have no idea who they are. Tried to call the number I found for them and could not reach anyone. I am irate that this matter will not die and is being reactivated by these unscrupulous collection agencies with no restrictions as to how their actions affect my credit. There has to be a way to put and end to this.
