Transunion has not corrected the incorrect mortgage payments with XXXX XXXX. I was never late or missed any payments From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX Sold the loan in XX/XX/XXXX while still collecting my Monthly loan payments. Then filed foreclosure after the mortgage loan was sold by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX never informed me that the loan was sold in XX/XX/XXXX. Then XXXX XXXX filed foreclosure while still collecting my on-time Payments. Then XXXX XXXX Dismissed the foreclosure after it was revealed that XXXX XXXX Committed fraud regarding servicing and Payment History. Which I supplied all the relevant documents regarding my claims as facts to Transunion. XXXX XXXX XXXX wrongful foreclosures on me in XXXX and XXXX and dismissed them both. I want Transunion to remove account regarding XXXX XXXX in my Credit Report which is fraud.
