On XX/XX/XXXX I bought a home that originally financed thru Compass. The loan was sold to Pennymac. After the first week went by I believe it was XX/XX/XXXX my loan was sold to Pennymac. I contacted the customer service reps after that to advise that as a 100 % XXXX vet I am tax exempt. The customer service reps told me they would check and get back to me which never happened. After repeated calls talking to about 7 or so customer service reps still no help. My payment should be XXXX and not XXXX. I have repeatedly advised these customer service reps to adjust my payment as not put tax money in a escrow account when I am tax exempt which was verified by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX is 1 year behind in collecting taxes so for Pennymax to take taxes from me when I did not live in the property does not make sense. If Pennymac does this to me at the start I wonder how bad it will be dealing with them until I can refinance. Thanks
