I purchased a treadmill from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020. The cost of the item was XXXX. When I received the treadmill it was damaged. I tried to return it and reported the issue the first day it arrived. On the website the company lists that there is a 30 day guarantee return policy. I attempted to return the product for an entire year and for some reason my return was never accepted and even when I disputed the transaction I lost the dispute. When I asked why, I was told by my bank that the information about the 30 day return policy was a new discovery but it was too late to dispute the purchase by the time it was discovered. Due to False Advertising and Poor Clerical Work I was robbed out of my money.
