Consumer Narrative
Capital One. Due to Covid last year, I was unable to make payments and they told me that it was OK to defer payments for a period of time. So I did and I got finacially back on my feet within the time frame they wanted. I began to pay the minimum payments and have been below my credit line. It has been restricted however, and I called them and they said it was permament?! What gives? Following what they told me to do and now not allowing my access?
