Throughout the years, i've had to file against the credit bureaus due to inaccurate reporting of the facts regarding a collections from XXXX that is handled by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Last month, all the credit reporting agencies including Equifax finally removed this item from my report. As of today XX/XX/2021 my credit report shows there are no collections, zero. I am writing to you because there is a collection by mail from Equifax today and this is misreporting, unlawful, damaging top my perfect credit history and unlawful. Please see the attached documents. As it stands, XXXX XXXX and XXXX have been wrong all along and I have submitted much paperwork to prove it. It is unfair to report both things as true and false at the same time, therefore it is inconclusive and inaccurate reporting and it needs to be stricken and removed from my public record and report immediately. I find it appalling to see how these collection agencies do not ever do any thorough investigation as items keep getting placed back. This inaccuracy has been made public and it tis time to stop! As I see it, the credit reporting agency Equifax is wrong in reporting inaccuracies and at the same accounts as closed and removed and opened and current at the same time ; Inaccurate, damaging and unlawful.
