I am about to have a hard time paying my mortgage payments. I am XXXX so I had where I was XXXX XXXX for people. but since our country is in this mess with the pandemic people are just spending money for this right now. I have a loan modification on my house but they gave me a interest rate of 5.125 %. I have told the mortgage that I have lost some income. I have ask them if they could adjust my loan and lower my interest since the interest rate today is so low. They just say no. They gave me no reason or willing to answer my questions about it just said no. But the mortgage company sent out letters saying they are willing to help people with their mortgage since we are in this pandemic. I have tried to talk to someone beside just a representative thinking maybe that they have more to do with the loans. But I just get a answer machine I leave a message about my loan no one calls me back. I know I will not be able to make my payments I have used all the money that I had. My XXXX check is not enough to pay the payment. That is all the income I have. I have things posted to sell if they sell I will have some money. I am willing to sell anything that I have to keep my home. My husband passed away with a XXXX XXXX. So I only have my income. I just need someone to help me. I have no family. It is just me and I don't know what to do. If you can help in any way I would be grateful. Thank You.
