I don't know who owns my debt. It is either XXXX XXXX or Carmel Financial Corp. XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, WI XXXX Mailing Address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , WI XXXX Carmel Financial Corp : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX This company sent a rep one day and scheduled an installer to come unannounced the next day. It wasn't until after the water refining system was installed, I learned I was denied proper credit. I was locked into paying for a debt I couldn't afford and should have never been issued credit for. The water system was extremely overpriced compared to other systems on the market. In addition to being denied credit, this company filed a deed notice against my property. I have not been able to refinance my home without this credit/debt showing against my property. They have used predatory lending practices to effectively lock me into this debt. I tried to contact them to settle the debt and they refuse to offer a fair settlement. The debt has grown exponentially and left me with few options to improve my personal credit situation.
