Filed a dispute regarding incorrect balance and payment history with reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX. Upgrade responded via email with an obviously stock robo answer that information was indeed correct and that it takes 30 to 60 days for the reporting agencies to update information. They are the only creditor that I have where this seems to be the case. I resubmitted an additional dispute and received the same response. I then filed a complaint on this website after seeing my score drop 18 points. Upon further investigation it appears now that rather than correct the information they have reported to the credit reporting agencies my account is now reported as being closed. Which it is not. It sure didn't take 30 to 60 days to report my account as closed. Seems a bit retaliatory.
