I HAD PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED A CFPB COMPLAINT AGAINST XXXX XXXX WHICH IS ONLY REPORTING TO EQUIFAX BUT THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION. IT SEEMS THAT MY COMPLAINT WAS UNABLE TO GET TO XXXX XXXX. SINCE EQUIFAX IS THE REPORTING AGENCY, I AM NOW FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST EQUIFAX FOR REPORTING INACCURATE INFORMATION. I SETTLED IN FULL THE BALANCE OWED ON FRONTIER COMMUNICATION YET THEY ARE STILL REPORTING A BALANCE. THIS IS A VIOLATION TO OUR SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. XXXX XXXX NEEDS TO BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE ATTACHED PROOF OF MY PAYMENT TO FRONTIER COMMUNICATION AS WELL. EQUIFAX IS REPORTING FALSE AND INACCURATE INFORMATION WHICH IS HURTING MY CREDIT. DELETE ASAP!
