The Credit Bureaus known as XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX are still reporting old inquiries from more than 2 years ago. these inquiries are hindering me from get approved for a new line of credit. I demand these inquiries need to be deleted immediately. Furthermore XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX are reporting addresses that I never resided at. The addresses " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' and " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' needs to be removed from my credit report immediately. 15 USC 1681 ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. You have violated 15 USC 1881 ( 4 ) for that reason your inaccurate reporting hurt my ability to obtain new credit.
