A XXXX XXXX XXXX charge was not authorized in the amount of XXXX dollars that was a deposit. Capital One charged my account for XXXX dollars and every time I call in to dispute the transaction hold/deposit charge they never return the money and they dont take the charge seriously. They also have bounced money transfers within the credit card and auto loan payments I have tried to make always on time.
