I have been disputing a bankruptcy showing on my report for years. XXXX and Experian refuse to investigate and provide verification on who they spoke with to obtain the information used to verify this bankruptcy as belonging to me. I have mailed XXXX and Experian documents relating to the bankruptcy, proving that the bankruptcy should not be shown on my credit profile. They refuse to remove it resulting in my credit profile suffering tremendously. XXXX and Experian also refuse to remove inquiries on my profile that were not authorized.
